Networia Learn — account and data deletion
In the app (immediate)
- Open Networia Learn (Android app or networia.com/app) and sign in.
- Go to Profile and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete account, type your email address to confirm, then tap Delete forever.
Your account is deleted straight away.
By email (if you cannot sign in)
Write to dev@networia.com from the email address of your account, subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account, profile, display name and photo
- Learning progress, answers, results, review queue, XP, gems, hearts, streaks and badges
- Speaking-exercise audio files and any data exports, and your push-notification token
- Your public profile and follower connections
What is kept, and why
- A record that the deletion was requested and carried out (it names only the internal account ID) — to prove the deletion happened (GDPR Art. 5(2)).
- Past league tables keep the position and XP of that slot, but your name, photo and account ID are removed.
- Records of any administrator action taken on the account (for example a block), as evidence of that action.

Networia Learn — Konto und Daten löschen
In der App (sofort)
- Öffnen Sie Networia Learn (Android-App oder networia.com/app) und melden Sie sich an.
- Gehen Sie zu Profil und scrollen Sie nach unten.
- Tippen Sie auf Konto löschen, geben Sie zur Bestätigung Ihre E-Mail-Adresse ein und tippen Sie auf Endgültig löschen.
Ihr Konto wird sofort gelöscht.
Per E-Mail (wenn Sie sich nicht anmelden können)
Schreiben Sie von der E-Mail-Adresse Ihres Kontos an dev@networia.com, Betreff „Konto löschen“. Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen es per E-Mail.
Was gelöscht wird
- Ihr Anmeldekonto, Profil, Anzeigename und Foto
- Lernfortschritt, Antworten, Ergebnisse, Wiederholungsliste, XP, Gems, Herzen, Serien und Abzeichen
- Audiodateien aus Sprechübungen, allfällige Datenexporte und Ihr Push-Token
- Ihr öffentliches Profil und Follower-Verbindungen
Was aufbewahrt wird und warum
- Ein Vermerk, dass die Löschung beantragt und durchgeführt wurde (nur mit der internen Konto-ID) — als Nachweis der Löschung (Art. 5 Abs. 2 DSGVO).
- Vergangene Ligatabellen behalten Platz und XP, aber Name, Foto und Konto-ID werden entfernt.
- Aufzeichnungen über allfällige Administrator-Maßnahmen am Konto (z. B. eine Sperre) als Nachweis dieser Maßnahme.

Networia Learn — حذف حساب و داده‌ها
داخل برنامه (فوری)
- Networia Learn را باز کنید (برنامهٔ اندروید یا networia.com/app) و وارد شوید.
- به پروفایل بروید و تا پایین صفحه بروید.
- روی حذف حساب بزنید، برای تأیید نشانی ایمیل خود را وارد کنید و سپس حذف برای همیشه را بزنید.
حساب شما بلافاصله حذف می‌شود.
با ایمیل (اگر نمی‌توانید وارد شوید)
از همان نشانی ایمیلِ حسابتان به dev@networia.com بنویسید، با موضوع «Delete my account». حساب را حداکثر ظرف ۳۰ روز حذف می‌کنیم و با ایمیل تأیید می‌کنیم.
چه چیزهایی حذف می‌شود
- حساب ورود، پروفایل، نام نمایشی و عکس
- پیشرفت یادگیری، پاسخ‌ها، نتایج، صف مرور، XP، جواهرها، قلب‌ها، روزهای پیاپی و نشان‌ها
- فایل‌های صوتی تمرین‌های گفتاری، هر خروجی داده‌ای که گرفته باشید، و توکن اعلان‌ها
- پروفایل عمومی و ارتباط‌های دنبال‌کردن
چه چیزی نگه داشته می‌شود و چرا
- یک یادداشت که درخواست حذف ثبت و انجام شده (فقط با شناسهٔ داخلی حساب) — برای اثبات اینکه حذف انجام شده است (ماده ۵ بند ۲ GDPR).
- جدول لیگ‌های گذشته جایگاه و XP آن ردیف را نگه می‌دارد، اما نام، عکس و شناسهٔ حساب شما پاک می‌شود.
- سابقهٔ هر اقدامی که مدیر روی حساب انجام داده باشد (مثلاً مسدودسازی)، به‌عنوان مدرک همان اقدام.
