By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Platform Services
Networia Learn is a learning platform offering courses, units, lessons, and interactive exercises, gamification (XP, streaks, missions, leaderboards), token rewards, and light social features (follow, explore, report, and block). Private messaging and appointment scheduling are not part of these terms.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must: (1) be at least 13 years old, (2) have the legal capacity to accept these terms, and (3) comply with local and international laws.
User Account
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintaining the security of your account and password
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
- Using only one user account
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services in a legal and ethical manner.
Prohibited Activities
- Engaging in any illegal activity
- Posting harmful, threatening, or offensive content
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Abusing follows, reports, notifications, or other platform features
- Impersonating or imitating others
- Unauthorized access to systems or other accounts
- Manipulating XP, streaks, leaderboards, or reward systems
- Violating intellectual property or other rights
Community Standards
- Treat other learners with respect
- Keep profile and public content appropriate
- Do not abuse follows, reports, or platform features
- Respect the privacy of other users
- Report inappropriate behavior through the reporting system

User Content
You own the content you create, but by submitting content to the platform:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
- You are responsible for the content you create and share
Tokens and In-App Economy
In-app tokens:
- Tokens are not transferable to other accounts
- Purchased tokens are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to suspend or remove tokens in case of violation of terms
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of services after changes means acceptance of new terms.
